I'm new here. Must be nuts?

Hi all

What to say..? I'm a 50 something working mum who could do with being a bit thinner and a bit fitter.

I used to run many years ago but gave up after I banged my knee up on a 10k. I've not really felt brave enough to take it on again until recently when I decided I had to lose 1.5 stones.

I started c25k last week and today I've done w2r2 and despite the sore shins I feel pretty good and I get to run a daisy!

Looking ahead it looks a bit daunting but I've got Sarah spurring me on so I'll do my best.
