Hey, so I ran the dreaded r2. I got a new arm band for my phone and key plus a new set of Bluetooth headphones. The second 3 and 5 minute run felt tougher than Monday. I keep telling myself during the last 5 minute run "you can do it, you are doing it" and when Sarah told me I had a minute left I tried to pick up my pace a little to really push myself. I think the cooler weather made the run easier.

Sounds like we are at exactly the same point. Weirdly I too picked up the last 90 seconds and it felt good that my legs and lungs could still take it.
