Thanks for doing that for me, much appreciated- your heart and lungs say thanks for looking after them too. Your shin is moaning - don't listen, it will get used to it π Week 5 starts now. My fitbit tells me that my resting heart rate has dropped by 10 since starting this programme - proof that it's doing my heart good! Keep up the good work - week 5 run 1 isn't actually that bad - it's actually a minute less running than week 4!
