Well didn’t do above session but did the 2.5 mile Silchester fun run. I don’t know exactly but I took about 35 mins I think. And I ran most of it. Absolutely knackered at end as was running far too fast to keep up with my 8 year old grandsonto make sure he was safe. He beat me of course. My teenage granddaughter ‘ran’ round with two 4 year olds. I think she was the star.
