Still going stronger and longer

I remember way back in January when I had to force myself to do week 1 run 2. When the idea of running for 90 seconds seemed ridiculous.

This time next week I’ll be one hour into my ToughMudder half (5 miles and 15 obstacles) and today I’ve just run for 5.5 miles without stopping all because I followed this plan and the advise I got on here.
