I’ve just completed week 4 (woohoo) but I’ve noticed I can’t run without my phone in my hand. I can put it in my pocket and start jogging for 30seconds and then I find myself getting really panicky as if I can’t do it. I then pick my phone up,look at the countdown and my breathing returns to normal and I’m able to run (relatively) comfortably.
Is this something other people have experienced?
Ha Ha! I run with my sister and although the app is on my phone she is the one who has to hold it!! She needs to see the countdown too! I just run when she starts running!
Holding something in your hand while running is not ideal, as your hands should be loose, not clenched and you should be aiming at symmetry.
A belt or other phone holder is preferable and constantly watching the time is a bad habit.

Haha I can confirm I do not wear a sports bra 😂 suppose practice will break this bad habit though
I never bring a phone, just a wee mp3 player which goes in my pocket +car keys and tissues
