Ah I have to admit I have cunning plans for the next two lists, but I need a bit of time to do them... Watch this space for the first appeal!

Wow, some excellent tracks in this list. I need to sit down with Deezer and make myself another '60s playlist, methinks. 👍🏽

lol I can't believe it: Ricky Valance's "Tell Laura I Love Her"!! I'm going to listen to it thinking he was ahead of his time ;-) A special dedication to C25Ks Laura. Great list with some titles I don't know, than you! I've been running with no music for a while (I listen to my footfall and try to land as lightly as possible...) but I'll try to get a playlist on my MP3 for the longer runs. I'll probably include some Beach Boys for the summer and some Nina Simone (Sinnerman).

Good luck with your daily running, Jan! x

Well the Laura track had to be included, even though I spend most of her podcasts swearing at her! She has broad shoulders methinks....

Tell Laura I love her,

and it is not Ricky Valance sending the message.

First time ever today, Laura’s stepping stone podcast.

First time ever with music also.

Absolutely amazing.

Really have enjoyed reading your inspiring achievements.💫🏃‍♀️💫
