So happy to have completed this run. It was nowhere near as bad as I imagined it to be and I enjoyed it far more than W5R3 so maybe my body’s getting used to this running lark now. Unfortunately my Strava keeps cutting out but I feel like I’ve found a steady pace now. I actually felt quite emotional at the halfway mark as I knew then that I’d be able to finish it, and even managed to speed up for the last 60s. I’m a little bit in shock if I’m honest! Wishing everyone else a good run this weekend. 🙌

Well done. I gave up on Strava and just use map my walk. Good enough for me but frustrating if I forget to start it!

Yes, Strava does seem to be a bit hit and miss. Might just dig out my fitness tracker that hasn’t seen the light of day for a couple of years!
