Hi everyone. I’ve been lurking for a while but this is my first post.....If someone had told me just a few weeks ago that I’d be getting up at the crack of dawn on my 62nd birthday to go for a run, I’d never have believed them! I just completed W4 R2 this morning and am completely hooked on this programme! I’ve been a brisk walker for a few years and we live in a hilly area, so I guess my stamina wasn’t bad to start with, but I’ve never ever been a runner. Have followed the programme to the letter and with the help of this forum, I’ve made the step up each week with no real problem. I feel great! Let’s hope I can make it right through to the end.....
Good luck to everyone in their running adventure.
