My advice would be the same as everyone else's - go slowly, very slowly. You've done all the build-up runs so you can definitely do this one!
I did the same run this morning and found it tricky too .... 25 minutes Friday ... I thought I couldnโt do the 20 last Friday and I did and you must have too ๐๐ so we can do it ๐๐
You know you can definitely do this! ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช๐pick the best time of day , a nice flat route, play good music, a good slow pace and think about something else! Looking forward to hearing how you go!
The next few weeks are all long runs so I wouldnโt worry about repeating W6R3 - thatโs what the app tells you to do!
