Me too, missed a whole week due to work commitments. Feel good after week 3 run 2 today, determined to do run 3 tomorrow.

I have missed two runs this week due to work and family commitments so I am going to re-do the whole of Week 2. As others say, there is no rush. I just don't want to give up now so must force myself to get out there again. Good luck
