1st run was tough. Have been trying to improve stamina on rest days, worrying about next week. Felt the benefit today and was able to complete the runs with energy to spare!!! Not worried anymore as tried jogging gently for as long as I could and managed ten minutes - not out of breath either, just aching legs!!! Week 3 bring it onπŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
