I enjoy keeping active but haven't run since I did my RAF training when I was 18! So I've eased myself back in gently, and have set a target of September for completing my first 5k park run. Its so good to read all of your encouraging posts and replies. I haven't had a challenge like this in a while so onwards and upwards

I’ve never run in my life. And I’m well into my 60s. But I’m loving it. Did W5R2 today. Just do what’s advised and you’ll fall in live with it again!
