Once again I was coming up with all sorts of excuses not to go - but I threw myself out of the house and i did it. I actually enjoyed it, and found myself running (for part of it) like other "runny" people do!! Still surprising myself! 😬

Yay!!! Well done you!! I know what you mean though, it’s like looking up at the bottom of a big hill knowing you’ve got to climb it! But then you find the climb wasn’t so bad after all 😀 Fantastic start to the week 🎉🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🎉

Yes exactly! This whole achievement thing is an alien concept to me! I've never felt so bloody emotional on a field before! 😂

Well done! You are a 'runny' person now, just you believe it! :)

Well done to you - there is nothing like small achievements (although they aren’t that small!) to make you feel good about yourself - I’m going to see the osteopath on Thursday as I have a back niggle that’s making me feel like an old person! Hopefully will be back to running straight after!!
