W5R3. I absolutely SMASHED IT.

I started off so slow that two snails 🐌 came past me laughing. So I picked up a little bit, also timing the 20 mins on watch and average pace was 10.28!

I’m incredibly proud, to add to the feeling, on my way to work it was nice to see lots of runners coming home having completed the London Marathon. I’ve only run for 2 miles they have run for 26!!

Today is a big milestone I think for the users of this forum and long may it continue to encourage and inspire!

Thank you to everyone for the posts and please everyone just keep going..... WE CAN DO IT.
