I did W1 R3 this morning before work and felt great!
I feel so much more sure of myself and my abilities than I did on R1 and really enjoyed it. It was the first time I've gone out in the morning too and I was buzzing with a feeling of accomplishment and productivity for quite a while after the mile walk to work even.
As I had to get to work not long after, I didn't stray far from the streets and alleys by my house - not dissimilar to where I ran for R1 - and I'm sure I noticed a difference in how I dealt with the inclines, (it's all hills where I am!).
I'm really looking forward to seeing how I get on with W2 in a couple of days.
I want to thank this community for being so supportive and spurring us all on!
