Week 2 Run 1

So W2R1 completed. I must admit it was easier than I thought it would be, doing the extra 30 seconds per run. I've had 3 rest days since finishing week 1, due to work, but really looking forward to Run 2. Having started my exercise and diet plans on the same day, I'm happy to say I've lost 6lb in the last week, so feeling really pleased with myself.

We are at the same stage, also did w2r1 today, and similarly found it much easier than expected. Haven’t had your weight loss though!
