week2 run3 done 😊🎉

very happy to say I have just done week2 run3 and it wasn’t as bad as run2.

IannodaTruffe gave some very sound advice and I read a post by Keels_x before my run and took her advice to slow my pace and cut the bounce out of my step and it was so much better. I wasn’t huffing and puffing at all- I feel tired but not out of breath which is great.

Had to wait till after school because my son wants to do the whole thing with me which makes it so nice for me- the only problem was it got so windy 💨so we were against the wind for the first half. but hey we did it🤗

Nervous about week 3 but that’s Thursday so I will put it out of my mind till then 😊
