Hi all, I've recently started Couch to 5k! I used to run quite a lot in the past and always enjoyed it. I have been working at the desk for the past few years and after a bit of a negative spell put on some weight. Now I hope to get back to shape. It's not easy. As I have been running in 10k runs 2 years ago - I wrongly assumed that it will be a breeze. However, week 3 is already kicking my butt!
Anyhow, I am optimistic and hopefully will be able to become a part of this community to exchange experiences.
