Well not quite, but interestingly I did find it a tad harder than day 1 of W4. I also feel heavier in the legs than on any previous run...
I’m wondering if because I work Night shifts and only get at best 5 and a half hours sleep if that has an effect? Or am I overthinking it?
W5 R1 and 2 are on my days off so I will compare and report.
