Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

Not much to say, just taking an extra rest this week. I was a little too enthusiastic with my runs after graduating the program, pushed myself a little too hard on my last two runs and my hips and knees are a little sore. Three days of rest before I try again on Saturday. I don't want any injuries!

I’m about to head out for a gentle trundle around. Posting here so I don’t wimp out, even though I’m already changed and ready to go! Trouble is, if I don’t go now, it’ll be dark by the time it’s noticeably cooler, and then I’ll decide I can’t/won’t do it. So I have to be strict with myself and go...
