W1R2 done! (Wouldn’t really describe it as a run though more of a slow plod!😆) I think it may have been a bit easier than my first run and I don’t feel anywhere near as bad as I did on Monday - I’ve done some stretches too! So nice not to do it in the rain! Does anyone else suffer with sore Achilles and low back? I’ve got quality shock absorbers in my Nike free run trainers but they are still sore - next run Friday! 😃

Well done for completing your second run. You could try doing eccentric heel drops to stretch out your achilles.
