Completed my 2nd run on Monday doing 15k on a static bike on 'rest' days feeling all the better for it although I have a small rub on my heal which concidering my trainers a brocken in is annoying, just a slight twinge in my knee nothing to worry about just put my knee brace on and all seems fine
