Ok soooo. Ran Wks 5 r2 for the 3rd time over a matter of months. In the Peak District for now ( from Edinburgh) and thankfully found a canal to run along. Soooo on Wednesday I am gonna get this week 5 r3 out the way.....forever!!!!! ha ha

It's fun to run in new areas, I did some of my best times around Bruntsfield links whilst away.

Did my last 25min run in Corfu 5 days ago but since returning not managed to get next one in due to
W6R1 - Well, THAT was fun... (insert laughing emoji)
..the run contributed to me just being glad to say, I did it.
