Snuck a cheeky run in today so I’m ahead of the curve to start the week... Found it psychologically motivational to have to do fewer running bits (6 rather than 8), even though they’re each extended, and found myself doing a small fist pump when it was time for cool down.

Ahhhh, what a difference a bit of nice weather makes 😎...
