Wk3 Run 1 in the bag!!!

Hi all, this morning was a challenge and I was fretting about it before I went out in the drizzle, the thought of jogging for 3 minutes was, I thought beyond me. The first 3 mins was ok, but the second one..... if I said the last 60 seconds seemed to go on forever, it would not be exagerating, it was such an effort but I pushed on got through it and am one happy lady.

Congratulations keep going and trust the programme it really does prepare you for every step up and you will do it. Keep positive and if you put your mind to it you can do anything. Good luck 😀

Well done.

That sounds like a mental challenge rather than a physical one, so start finding distractions, don't clockwatch and look at your environment.

Grit, grit and grit gets you through the hard ones. Seems to me you have enough of the grit to get you through.
