Wk8 R3 - At last, run by river with dog 😁😁

For the first time, I drove to the river this morning and ran with my dog, a very energetic springer spaniel. It was great! This has been one of my goals so I’m feeling very happy. Still struggling with the first 10 minutes or so but by the end I felt I could have gone on for a few more minutes. Can’t believe I’m nearly at the end. It’s amazing how driven we are to get out and run and keep doing it, regardless of weather, lack of sleep etc. I have never experienced anything like it 😁😁

Congratulations, you are nearly there. I haven’t tried running with my dog yet as I’ve only run locally so she’d have to be on lead but I’m looking forward to when I can.

I know, it’s amazing isn’t it ! The best thing is, you can keep doing it. You can have lots of fun finding new routes near your home Sounds like you’ll be doing canicross soon 😃👍🏃‍♀️🐕
