1st run done. Feeling proud of myself but oh my calfs!!!!

Hi. W1r1 done. I managed 7 out of the 8 runs. I know I started off far too quickly. My calfs are KILLING me!!! I have finally got the courage to start taking care of myself. Need to get fit. Need to lose weight. Need to take care of me. Hubby is joining me. I feel sorry for him trailing along with me when he could go straight off but he's being a fab support. Am excited about the future!!!
