1st weeks post graduation runs complete.

Enjoyed every run this week.

3 x 5K runs just coming in at just under 30 minutes each.

Completed 5 minute warm ups and cool down walks, just didn’t record them on Strava.

Registered with parkrun and planning my 1st one for the 14th April.

Thoroughly enjoying this running life and that’s not something I ever thought I’d hear myself saying?

This has only been possible because of the #c25k app and all you involved in this forum!!

Well done, getting under 30 minutes is a great achievement, you’ll find that with parkrun you’ll go even faster!

Congrats - the journey continues

Wow - you're doing so well. Don't think I'll ever be that fast, but hey, I guess I can work on other things. x 😀

Hey don’t put a dampener on what you’ve achieved. Completing week nine and running for 30 minutes at a pace that you can manage, that deserves a 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻!!
