Nearly didn't venture out tonight. It's been foul and rainy all day, the sofa, duvet and beers in the fridge almost won. However I donned my kit and cracked on. It was quite warm and the rain not too bad. All ok until the last few mins then the super glue fairy injected my legs. I think it was probably the last incline being steeper than it looks. However all ok after the warm down and yes I am having that beer (it's full of vitamins 😉) Onwards!
