I Got The Music In Me 🎶

After struggling with W7R1 I wondered if music might help. When I’m outside I do like to hear the birds and stuff going on, so I haven’t had my music on. I tried it yesterday and it really did help. W7R2 smashed. I even managed the last minute sprint. Thanks to my old 70s favourites - Bowie, Blondie, Roxy Music, Queen (showing my age, I know). PS. I Got The Music In Me is from the 70s by the fabulous Kiki Dee.

I always have music on, it helps me to get lost in my thoughts...well done on your progress, you’re nearly there now 👏🏻

I'm sure the music helps. I have week 7 run 2 tomorrow, and I would love to be able to listen to some great 70's sounds, plus Laura. However I don't have an iPhone, so I am clueless.

Jealous of your soundtrack 🤨

Music dragged me through the podcasts, right upto week 8, then I switched to podcasts for a change, if I feel like running fast and pushing it though , I’ll always have music as first choice.

Must admit I thought you were quoting a different song from the 90s by the new radicals....goes to show they keep on nicking the old stuff though👍🏻

Well done on your run , keep it up 💪🏻

I really enjoy listening to my music on the hoof. Definitely helps to keep me moving
