Morning!..( was going to post this post park run when I was still buzzing) but my little ship of plans got hit by several life cannon balls upon arriving home and only now has peace been restored and crisis avoided
Nailed a really good run today , got a new shiney PB and I am chuffed . Didn’t realise until near the end when it suddenly dawned on me I was on a song in my playlist that normally comes on a certain point in the run and I’d passed that point she’s ago..hang on! I thought ! This is going well 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️...such a rookie..
Anyhow chest a blowing and legs a quacking I kept it up and got over the line. Very happy
If anyone is just starting out or having a crisis of confidence half way though , then please , please , just keep going , you’ll get there and youll feel great .
