❄️❄️❄️ Rest day

Think I’ll give it a miss today. Managed to run during the previous snow weeks as I got out early and it was nice and crunchy. Left it too late today. Far too slippy and 90 minutes clearing the drive in anticipation of visitors who probably won’t make it has been enough exercise I reckon. Week 9 Run 2 isn’t going anywhere so I’ll get to that later in the week. Generally only been giving myself a day between runs so I reckon an extended break might end up being a blessing.

I had a good 3 days rest last weekend and it helped me tbh. You’re nearly there, well done 👍🏽

A rest is as good as a change:) See it works that way around too... I am having an extra days rest today... snow has stopped play, after my glorious run on Friday.. ( See my last post)

I cannot believe the change in the weather :)

The run will indeed be there..and you will be cruising all the way to the podium:)

Probably wise and yes snow shovelling is back breaking work! Have a cuppa and a break 👍😁

I'd agree with that about the extra rest day... I usually have two non-run days in between and I'm convinced my body is better for it... And, it means I'm ALWAYS looking forward to the next run. Happy running 🏃🏃🏃
