Finally started running again...

and it felt so good, albeit tough going. However, as I completed the Cto5K last year (before having a hysterectomy), I know I can do it now. I started back at week 2 and it seems to be a good place for me personally. I will now follow the program again religiously.

Me too just started again today after hysterectomy in January but Ive started at week 1 😊 good luck and you have already done it once so you will definitely do it again!
