Wk3 R1 completed thanks to you guys!

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice the other day after I found my last run of week 2 hard. I moved on , like you advised, and completed my first run of week 3. The 30mins felt so much quicker and I surprised myself with completing it with no problems. No hip ache today and I made sure I did my warm up properly . I don't seem to get out of breath but my legs got heavier and heavier. I am ecstatic and can't wait for my next run! Thanks to everyone who helped me😀

Great news. Push through it, slow down if you need to but KEEP MOVING!!! 👍🏻

Well done you... take it slow and steady :) No need to push..just relax and enjoy... make sure you stretch well after each run and put some strength and stamina exercise in on your rest days:)
