I am now compiling the Retro Runners 90’s playlist on Spotify, - I’ve got 14 songs so far, but am looking for any 90s inspiration too. So my lovelies - any ideas welcome, although I draw the line at Celine Dion. Sorry, that’s just the way it is...

Erm....west coast grunge scene? Marylin Manson? German industrial? You don't run along those tunes, you run away from them. Good for speed, stamina and anything where high level cardio is a must.

Oh whilst I would love to be - that is my birthday and I am in Alhambra then. But I am up for Portugese Custard Therapy after the 24th but before the 3rd as that is when we return to la Bella Italia.

Oasis, The Verve, Stereophonics and my absolute favs Suede. Don't bother with anything else in the 90s, it's all pants!! Not that I'm biased of course!
