Well I’ve finished my third 30 minute run! I’m so delighted! It was hard though so the consolidation advised on this forum is definitely needed. The next goal will be to reach 5 k which I’m currently nowhere near. Im hoping to take part in my first park run next week and will walk/run it for the experience. This programme and all the great advice on here has been so helpful. Thanks!

It took me 2 months to get to 5k and only then because I decided to force it on myself. Don’t worry about distance for now - do your consolidation runs then enjoy a few more before stretching out.

Thanks for all the messages. I must admit I am in Spain so haven’t been doing these last runs in the snow like most of you. Back to the cold tomorrow🌨😕. Certainly made it easier to complete though. Well done to all of you who have kept it up in the arctic winter!
