Time for a bit of honesty

I realised that if I am willing to use valid excuses (its started to snow, I’m too unfit for this, the paths are to icy) to get out of running then I’m willing to use invalid excuse.

Result: Week 4 Run 1 completes in the snow and ice, no pauses, running when I was supposed to walking when I was supposed to

Thankfully the snow didn’t last too long, but it was falling when I set off
