I started the couch to 5k in April and I struggled to run for a minute, 9 months later I just ran my first half marathon!! I was in the last 300 people and it took me 2hrs 53 but I still did it! I remember posting about how I just couldn’t see how I’d do week 4! I’m walk/running my first marathon in April so I promise you can do it!!

Wow, well done! This is so encouraging to read, as I have just started week 4, I’m doing a half marathon in September so hopefully by then I will be like you 😊
