W7R1 & W7R2 completed

On Fri. I managed 25mins +1min while feeling like I was going to hurl all the way round🤢...was wondering if it was an off day or linked to son's bug.

This morning I slept in and my two run buddies woke me up with a knock on the door.😂Woke up halfway round and completed 25mins+extra 3mins. Buddies told me I should sleep in more often!😂 Still slow but feeling proud of myself.

Well done... keep it steady and just do what the run says.. :) You are doing just fine:)

Hey - I'm at exactly the same place. Just done Week 7, Run 2 this morning and added a bit extra on the end. I'm still dead slow but getting to the end - my main goal - as i quit at week 6 last time I tried it. Happy Sunday
