Omg W5 what can I say but wtf!!! I have done it and boy what a surprise w5 r3 is... When they say "ok so today you're going to run 20 mins" if my feet could do an emergency stop when I heard that oh so polite message from Jo Whiley... but I nailed it and got slightly emotional because it was a beautiful day with a clear blue sky and the sun shining down on my face. 😎. Never give up and keep the faith. I thoroughly enjoyed my cuppa of tea when I got back. Happy weekend all x

How brilliant - well done! I'm 2 runs behind you so am quite anxious about the increase in the amount of sustained running.

Your post has spurred me on!

Please don’t be. I have just finished mine and was so scared I put it off for a day. Just take it slow and steady. It is a mental battle because you are ready. I was stunned when I finished. I could not believe I actually did it. Now I’m looking forward to week 6! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I walked a tiny bit when I did it, so I missed that feeling of euphoria as I was disappointed in myself! Then today I really struggle with going back to run 2. I’m desperate to get out and try again now!!

Well done to you though, great stuff!

Congrats!!!

Did the same run today and succeeded too! I have a peek at each next run and when I saw w5r3 Wednesday I felt panicky. How on earth was this going to happen? Had to give myself some serious pep talk yesterday and today. In between 5-10 minutes it got a bit rough but such a breeze afterwards. What a great way to start the weekend :-)

I just did run 1 last night. that was bad enough, but running for 20mins, that will do me in.

That run was a real turning point for me when I knew that I could actually run and would finish C25K and continue on my running adventure afterwards.

Well done runner πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ˜€
