Well tonight was the first time i have run with the podcast telling when to start and stop. Also used runkeeper to keep a track of the distance. Was surprised that following the podcast from the start of the run to then end of the 3 min walk, it actually lasted 20:52 according to runkeeper. Not that I am complaining. The main thing was I was starting and stopping the run when instructed. Luckily the rain held off aklthough there was a chilly breeze tonight. I found the final minute run a blt of a plod, but I did try the fence trick and tried to stop that bouncy run which i think i was largely successful. Onwards to run 3. Actually looking forward to week 4 which I was initially dreading
