My last post on here was something like OMG I ran for 3 minutes! Well, that was a few weeks ago now, and I truly can't believe I have reached week 7. No repeat runs, no weeks off, no 'i can't run because..'. I've been keeping an eye on the forum but not posting, but thank you everyone for getting me this far! Only a couple more weeks to go then my dream of running on holiday in a few weeks will come true. I fly to Thailand in 3 weeks and was determined to be remotely fit for it. It's looking possible thanks to c25k!
My advice to anyone thinking about doing this..do it! It seems impossible, it seems like you'll never be able to make the jump to 90 seconds, to 3 minutes, to 10 etc etc. You can! Trust the programme. If I can get this far, you can too.
Now...only a few more left..!
