First park run

Finally I plucked up the courage to take part in my local park run on a slightly drizzly and cold morning with 320 other mad fools 😊

I didn’t really know what to expect but it was great and I loved it !

A real mix of people older young people with dogs pushchairs and young children.

The volunteers do a great job encouraging all the runners and walkers . This is definitely a thing for ALL people to try

I came 188 out of 321 with a time of 29.40.

The time is not important it’s the experience of getting out and running . I will be doing this again .

Give it a try it’s fantastic #parkrun
