Sprint intervals paying off! Just did my first sub 32 minute 5K!

After starting off the run feeling a bit of a faker (why am I doing this, what on earth do I look like, why do I think I can run, etc. etc.) I ended up doing my quickest 5K yet, and that was mostly uphill! I intended to do a 7K but it was utterly miserable so I called it a day at that instead to quit while I was ahead. Next week I'll try it on flat(ish) ground to see if I can get sub 30!

The sprint intervals are horrid to do but they definitely pay off. Well done you on staying the course and 32 mins uphill sounds to me like you’ll easily do sub 30 on the flat.

Great effort
