Wk9 R1

Changed my route for wk8 running around Llyn Crafnant, its a beautiful spot and not as hilly as my usual route. Completed my first run of wk 9, I had to run most of it on snow but I didn't want to pass. 4.85k 30:43. Lost a stone since the start (which was the reason for starting), At 15.5 st now but should be at about 11-12. Amazed at how well I feel on the warm down walk now, recovery is a lot quicker and no uncomfortable pains in the lower leg. Anyone starting out its well worth the effort.

Beautiful... I know it well...lucky you! Just take it very slowly and steadily... !
