First run, done

Wk8,R1. Finished. Slow. Steady. Currently in a town 1900m (6200ft) above sea level so hope this higher altitude training will stand me in good stead when I return home (25ft above sea) in a few weeks. Scared: my first 5K race is only 2+ months away! But for now I'm just going to focus on getting to the end of Week 8... even if it takes me more than a week :)

Keep plugging away, slow but sure, doggedly determined. 💪👍🙂

Training for an event keeps us more focussed I think. Good luck with both 👍
