Wk 5 R3 completed!

After a break of about 4 weeks due to heel injury and flu, I repeated a couple of runs from Wk 3 and 4 to get back my backside back in gear, and finally managed to complete run 3 of week 5 this morning. I had been dreading this one for obvious reasons, but on the whole managed it ok. I find the first half the worst for some reason, my breathing is all over the place and my legs feel like lead, but everything seemed to come into place on the second half and I made it!!!

Dare I say I'm starting to feel like a runner!?
