Just finished W4 R3 and it was a toughie I must say but nevertheless all done so feeling good. Not quite so many aches and pains as before so perhaps muscles and joints are getting more resilient. Going to give it a full two day break now before starting week 5 on Saturday. Won’t dwell on the increasing length of runs to be done but will focus on how far I have progressed in just 25 days, amazing.

Very well done you...just make sure as the runs get longer, you up your core strength and stamina exercises. on rest days
