Hi I’m Maureen, only started lasted week, I work nights, so live an upside down life, I am really trying to get three meals a day but don’t always manage it, instead of snacking on rubbish during the night I have been taking in cous cous and half a pita bread I toast the pitta then break off little bits use them as a warm dipper working really we’ll, also started to do more exercise as my dog agility season will go mental come Easter so need to get my fitness level up, hope everyone has a good week
Resisting the urge to run at the moment as I am full of the "Christmas Cold" that seems be doing the rounds. Had been secretly congratulating myself that I had escaped it but sadly it caught up with me. Still the irritation at not being able to get up and do some exercise is a new one which has to be progress in itself! Roll on next week - I will be renewed and a lot less snotty!
